A commercial or industrial property report when completed will be comprehensive at 25 pages whereas a property report for a residential property will be 13-15 pages. Any document you receive from us is a sworn legal document, however if you’re getting the report prepared for court then please let us staff know when you make the initial enquiry so they can prepare the report appropriately.
